Q1: Is your company a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are professionals in home products for over ten years and have our own production base located in Zhejiang, which covers 30000 square meters, with BSCI and Sedex audits.
Q2: Can you do OEM?
A: Yes. We can do both OEM and ODM according to the customer's requirements.
Q3: Can you provide samples with my logo? How long will it take?
A: Yes, we can produce customized samples, and the sample fee will be deducted from future order, regular sample making takes about 7 days, but it still depends on the products, ceramic takes longer time, like 15 days.
Q4: What is the MOQ of your products?
A: The MOQ depends on your requirementsforn the product specifications for material, color, size, and trims. For regular products, a small test order is always supported.
Q5: How to control the quality and delivery time?
A: We have a complete ISO Quality Management System to make sure all the products are produced in good quality. There are inspections in each process of material, production, packaging, and bulk will be 100% inspected before packing and storage, and after that, they will also be randomly inspected before shipment. Besides, we also welcome the 3rd Party Inspection nominated by the customer.
Q6: Could you help to design the products according to my requirements?
A: Yes, definitely. We havea professional design team who can assist or design independently according to the requirements of different customers, and protect their exclusive rights.
Q7: What payment methods are aaccepted
A: The payment that we accept is TT.
